NJ legislatures say medical cannabis is to be taxed, like aspirin and cold medicine and unlike prescription drugs. However, patients need a prescription (and Dr’s can write scripts only for severe terminal diseases) unlike over the counter drugs. The governor put a cop in charge of program implementation instead of a Dr. The government has been dishonest and deceitful about this program from day one.

Peter R. Taylor, 23, a young NJ resident has been hunted down by his own government! On his own deck! By the gangs of the Florence, NJ Police Department, Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office, Burlington County Sheriff department, and a costly State Police helicopter. What did it cost the Governor to fly a helicopter to his son’s baseball game again?

This is typically just the beginning of abuse of power and waste of tax dollars, In hard cash this is going to cost a lot more in prosecution, treatment, jails/prisons, etc. While government continues to spend our hard earned money recklessly. The cost to society is worse, as draconian NJ drug laws and courts will attempt to ruin this young man’s life thru criminalization of a plant. If the government is successful at criminalizing this young man, he will no longer be qualified to clean toilets at Home Depot or McDonalds.

On every application he will have mark that box identifying himself as a criminal. To better himself and his family the only choice left is to work in the underground markets. Thus regulating him to a life a crime. Unfortunately, people don’t show outrage so government continues business as usual and the circle of injustice continues.

Drug laws are government manufactured crimes to help government can look tough on crime by locking up peace loving pot smokers. This way they won’t be in danger of chasing, catching and locking up violent scum. Governor Christie is right when his says law enforcement should be laid off, the first to go should be ones that participate in reckless use of taxpayer money and resources.

Mayor Wilkie should put Chief of Police on notice for this waste, if he doesn’t we the people should vote him out in 2015. While the county’s Board of Freeholders need to put the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office and County Sheriff on notice for this bad behavior. If they don’t lets vote them out at each election one by one until they get the message.

Cool wise person!
